Very pleased with the service. In previous experiences with other agencies, the reality is far from what they offer on their web pages. However, Jet Car Rental is the exception.
I received an almost new car, the same one that I reserved on the website. Also, they didn't surprise me with hidden taxes or extra charges, as often happens when you rent a car in Cancun. In this case, I paid the same amount that appears on the reservation voucher.
